z80 databus snapshot

This is a snapshot of a data bus line.  The shape bothers me. I wonder if it is possible a device connected to this bus is behaving badly? The system is looping.  I was suspecting bad ram (or eprom) but could it be the z80 itself (is kinda warm to the touch).
